Do you want to be part of transforming our sourcing processes with digitalisation, automation, and cutting-edge technology? Then you might be our new Digitalisation Consultants in Analytics and Digitalisation. The position You will be working as Digitalisation Consultant in Analytics and Digitalisation, which is responsible for the digital transformation in Sourcing Operations. As part of this role, you will bridge the gap between people, operational processes and new technologies and drive digitalisation and automation projects from idea to implementation. You will scout, test and mature new technology and support the development of a strong digital pipeline which will take our sourcing business to the next level. Key responsibilities Drive digitalisation and automation projects from ideation to implementation (i.e., Machine Learning, OCR, HoloLens, Robotic Process Automatization, Power Apps) in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Facilitate workshops with focus on ideation, process mapping or future state definition, to kick off the implementation phase Driving the implementation phase by coordinating the requirements of local SMEs and creating a backlog of requirements, interacting with central project manager and developer, keeping an overview to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results Support fostering an innovation culture and agile ways of working across the organisation Seek best practices and inspiration from external sources and similar teams across Novo Nordisk In this position you will have a unique opportunity to work with several different new technologies at the same time and get a thorough understanding of the sourcing process which is crucial for Novo Nordisk’s ability to deliver medicine to our patient all over the world. Your success is dependent on your collaboration and stakeholder management skills and your ability to translate current sourcing processes to business needs and future digital solutions. Qualifications To be considered for this position we expect you to have: A Master’s degree in Digitalisation, Technology, Innovation, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience ideally within sourcing, supply chain management, application development or similar A proven track record of driving digitalisation and automation projects from ideation to implementation in close collaboration with stakeholders from all layers in an organisation Experience with agile project execution such as SAFe, Scrum, Design Thinking etc. Be fluent in English (both written and spoken) Experience in GxP process and pharma is a plus As a person you are curious, energetic, procactive, have a strong drive and are not afraid to challenge status quo. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and like to meet new people and really understand the way they work, their challenges and to translate those challenges into opportunities and solutions you are eager to deliver on. You take full ownership of your projects from ideation to implementation, act independently and can manage to proceed on multiple assignments at the same time. About the department and team
As our new Digitalisation Consultant, you will sit in the Analytics and Digitalisation Team, in the Strategy and Business Development department, which is responsible for driving the digital transformation and strategic project execution within Sourcing Operations (SoOp) that has the overall responsibility for the incoming supply chain in Novo Nordisk and consists of 400 dedicated employees.
