Would you like to take on new challenges as the IT Product Manager in Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply (PS) Supply Chain? Would you like to become part of one of our Agile Release Trains and the Product Manager group and take on the responsibility for the Solution Vision, refine, maintain and prioritise the Solution backlog? The position We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Product Manager to be part of an Agile Release Train (ART) in DD&IT PS Supply chain and take on an exciting role in the digitalisation journey for our supply chain. We are a global area anchored in Digital, Data and IT Product Supply organisation of app. 1000 + dedicated people located in Denmark and across the globe, responsible for IT systems, services, and platforms in Novo Nordisk. The job as IT Product Manager comes naturally if you enjoy working with customers, end users, suppliers, marketing and sales and other stakeholders across our organisation. Your responsibilities and tasks will be to understand future requirements and translate these into solution vision and roadmap for the Produce and Deliver ART, including: Building the Program Increment (PI) roadmap for the Produce and Deliver solutions and communicate this to ART and stakeholders on a continuous basis Alignment and sparring with System and Solution Architects and Product Owners on roadmap and prioritisation Handle/remove impediments communicated by Product Owner and delivery team Maturing new initiatives that require large scale implementations into the ART and related areas Working with the ART and other stakeholders to understand "technical enabler work" to be able to prioritize and clarify when needed Playing an active role in the ART leadership team and working proactively with the other Product Managers and the Release Train Engineer to ensure that the ART events fulfil their purpose You will be part of DD&IT PS Supply chain and will mainly be working in Bagsværd, Denmark. Qualifications
The ideal candidate has advanced experience with Serialisation and working in SAP related domains, with SAP ECC and SAP ATTP. You are used to manage large IT investment projects and portfolios and have strong knowledge on Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). Moreover, to succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate who has the following qualifications: Master’s degree (MSc) in Business, Engineering or other relevant fields Experience in backlog management tools and prioritization techniques Extended experience within Logistics with technical and process knowledge on Produce & Deliver value stream (SAP PPPI, QMLog, PM, QMcal, ATTP etc). Strong communication and negotiation skills Superior written and spoken English are essential Certification as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager is considered an advantage As a person you are ambitious, energetic and find it motivating to take on the responsibility for Solution Vision for the solutions in the Produce and deliver catalogue, and work with many different stakeholders to establish the product vision and drive the execution with the ART. You are motivated by challenging assignments, you absorb new knowledge quickly, and you are always open for developing new competencies, and not afraid of constant changing priorities. About the department DD&IT PS Supply Chain Produce & Deliver is anchored within the DD&IT PS Supply Chain organisation and has 150+ employees based in Denmark and India. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide.
