The position
The Project Manager Integration is part of the Development Integration Team constituted by key representatives from different line of business (LoB) areas across Novo Nordisk with specific skills and decision power to ensure that the in-licensed and/or acquired asset(s) can be optimally developed and launched. The Development Integration Team works closely with originating company and the Global Project Team in optimizing the chance for successful development and launch of the asset in question. This position is based in HQ with a global impact/influence through the execution of the integration project activities.
Main responsibilities for the role are:
• Responsible for Project Management of all LoB related integration efforts in connection with in-licensing of clinical programmes and/or acquisition of companies
• Define the strategy and end goals of an integration process
• Build an actionable plan, and drive the integration team towards timely execution
• Plan and conduct the Integration Team meetings and cross functional workshops
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders globally
• Assuring team performance and creating high performance integration teams
• Support and guide the LoB in relation to the necessary resources for integration as well as for post-integration activities in relation to the project
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• M.Sc., or B.Sc. degree in a field of relevance to the position (business administration, medical, biological, pharmaceutical, or other life-science)
• Successful project management experience from leading cross functional projects
• Strong leadership competencies
• In depth understanding of the data structure, systems and processes that are involved in developing a pharmaceutical product in Novo Nordisk
• Thorough business and R&D value chain understanding and experience within the R&D value chain
• Insight into the drug development or life cycle management process
• Pharmaceutical business understanding
• Business planning skills – experience with project planning tools and processes
We expect you to be an excellent communicator and presenter with good skills in written and spoken English. As a person, you are highly structured with an analytic mindset and strong process design and implementation capabilities. You have a documented ability to create strong professional networks including external collaborations.
