With this role, we welcome you to Emerging Technologies Expansion Project, Site Måløv, anchored in a new SVP area ‘Fill & Finish Expansions’ who will be responsible for all major expansion activities within aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished production, fill & finish warehousing, and QC across all production areas in Product. The position
The Intralogistics Project Director is responsible for managing the project execution according to the project and business expectations. Key responsibilities include: • Direct project execution by providing clear goals and purpose so it secures effective use of time and resources and builds employee motivation
• Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to secure clarity and order
• Monitor and control project work through follow ups, to keep end-product within scope and project delivery efficient
• Ensure that the right number of resources is allocated to the project from both stakeholders and the project team
• Execute the project in accordance with the Quality and Environmental, Health and Safety management systems and in compliance with all the relevant requirements
Finally, you will need to provide general guidance to project stakeholders, so close cooperation with them is expected. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with recent project execution experience and successfully led large and complex projects within an international environment. To be successful in this position you: • Have a bachelors’ or masters’ degree in a relevant subject
• Have at least 6 years of project management experience
• Preferably have pharmaceutical manufacturing process insight or general pharma knowledge
• Have excellent English communication skills On a personal level, you are outgoing, adaptable, have positive mindset and be a team player. Also, it is important that you demonstrate clear communication skills and are structured in problem-solving approach.
