Let’s talk about the role
In the Solution Architect role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions that comply with pharmaceutical regulations. Your primary focus will be on LMS, where you will define and maintain the architecture adhering to best practices and industry standards within the pharma domain.
Therefore, main responsibilities will be: Lead the architectural design and development of the Learning Management platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks and third-party integrations, considering both functionality and regulatory considerations Oversee the implementation of the architectural vision, providing guidance and technical leadership to implementation teams while addressing regulatory implications Support system performance analysis and optimization to ensure optimal user experience and efficient resource utilization Work closely with the broader Quality Assurance team to ensure the successful testing and validation of the platform Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry developments, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the project Write and ensure up to date of technical related documentation in alignment with Novo Nordisk’s QMS
What we scout for
We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill most of the following requirements for this position: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with proven experience (at least 6 years) as a Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing LMS or similar learning platforms Strong expertise in architecting scalable, secure and robust software systems Extensive knowledge of various infrastructure and application technologies, including cloud technologies Experience with integrating third-party APIs and building RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange while adhering to regulatory guidelines Experience with LMS like ISOTrain, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, SABA, Veeva or similar platforms is preferred Prior involvement in large-scale learning technology projects is preferred Experience within pharmaceutical or high regulated industry is a must to have As a person, you come with demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This comes along with excellent problem-solving skills and the to identify potential risks and proactively address them, considering regulatory requirements. Last, but not least, you have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
