The Position As a Quality Control Chemist, you will be part of the GLP-1 team, where you will share responsibilities for chemical analyses in close collaboration with other chemists and laboratory technicians. The team consists of thirteen laboratory technicians, one laboratory apprentice, and two chemists and we are looking for a new colleague to join the team. Your main tasks will include:
• being responsible for one or more chemical analyses
• driving and contributing to the ongoing optimization of our existing processes and analytical methods
• handling laboratory investigations, deviations, updating instructions, and leading systematic problem-solving
• providing daily support and assistance to laboratory technicians in their work, to ensure that analytical performance and equipment meet the standard The workday is exciting and varied, where the work we do has a direct impact on the team and department. This could also be an opportunity to build a strong network within Novo Nordisk while further developing your skills. Qualifications The qualifications we value include:
• a bachelor's or master's degree in natural sciences, engineering, pharmacology, or similar
• experience with chemical analysis in a laboratory in the pharmaceutical industry or other GMP-regulated environment
• knowledge of handling large amounts of data and a will for continuous improvement

About the department In Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), located in Kalundborg, we produce insulin and GLP-1 to help people living with chronic diseases such as diabetes and obesity.
