The clinical trial activity will increase significantly in the coming years, and we need to boost our competences in LEAN to support this journey! A key part of the job will be smaller improvement projects, conducting analysis & workshops. You will also: Train employees and managers in cLEAN® tools and mindset Anchoring specific LEAN activities
Building a continuous improvement culture by engaging and inspiring employees
Be an important adviser for the department management team on strategic business issues through providing data-based analyses and proposals with punch and impact
Reporting to the management team on LEAN initiatives and progress will be required on a regular basis.

Qualifications
You have an academic background with minimum a bachelor degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar education. To succeed in this role, it would be an advantage if you have: Experience with LEAN and change management for example Six Sigma green or black belt
Documented results from previous LEAN projects
Eroduction and in an administrative setting
Experience with flow optimisation and development of logistics and optimizing supply chains.
You have experience as project manager, and is comfortable taking the lead. You are analytical with a holistic overview of complex situations and with the ability to deal effectively with difficult issues when they arise. You reflect empathy and understand your customers’ needs and act accordingly. Good communication and facilitation skills are a prerequisite, and fluency in both spoken and written English is a must. About the department You will join the Supply Chain Planning department, which is a part of Clinical Supplies in CMC Development & Scaling. We are responsible for the overall planning of the production, packaging, and distribution of products for Novo Nordisk clinical trials worldwide. The department consist of four teams, supporting the execution of clinical trials by forecasting and monitoring product demand, ordering products/materials, planning the packaging and shipping of trial products, and supporting the overall trial conduct at the clinical sites with a focus on trial product related processes and systems.
