As the IT Compliance Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will guide global IT processes, driving continuous improvements and ensuring inspection readiness across IFP sites. Your pivotal role involves revitalizing the compliance setup, fostering a constructive dialogue, and coordinating and aligning diverse approaches toward standardisation and optimisation. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to find common ground, navigate Novo Nordisk stakeholder landscape, and drive a transformative change by leveraging your network and influencing others to create followship in the organisation, and to support and equip local site IT compliance and validation experts to make robust quality decisions. As IT Compliance Partner you can expect to:
• Apply your strong organizational and interpersonal skills to build collaboration and followship
• Have a solid understanding for processes and quality requirements
• Learn, adeptly navigate differences, and collaboratively discover shared solutions with both peers and stakeholders
• Set direction in compliance, drive projects, and deliver results in an environment that fosters innovation and creative thinking Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have: • At least 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry within IT project management, quality, or production
• An in-depth understanding of IT/OT compliance requirements
• Preferably a bachelor/master’s degree within IT, pharmacy, engineering, or other related fields
• A flair for stakeholder management and networking at various organisational levels, along with strong communication skills
• The position requires proficiency in English, understanding Danish is an advantage As a person you are an ambitious, proactive, and curious. You never lose focus, despite changing demands. Our department Strategy and Business Support is a newly established department consisting of specialists working closely together with stakeholders on our IFP Sites globally in Novo Nordisk, to move forward strategic projects and initiatives. You will get the opportunity to join a team working in an international and high-performance environment. The team is mainly located in Bagsværd and you will collaborate with people across the world.
