As a Senior Project Manager in Global Record to Report (R2R) Process Excellence Team you will, together with the team, have a focus on simplifying and optimising our financial processes on behalf of the Global Process Owner.
Your key area of responsibility will be: Performing ongoing assessments enabling you to identify opportunities for simplification, and optimisation Driving projects which may cover entire end-to-end processes or be focused on optimisations within a specific area Working with standardisation, digitalisation, and automation of the process including leveraging opportunities from our ERP transformation towards SAP S/4HANA Executing strategic priorities, working on building a network across the finance organisation, and you will be an ambassador of the global R2R strategy The position requires collaboration and interaction with a multitude of stakeholders including but not limited to colleagues in Global Business Services in India, local and regional accounting and finance employees, Corporate Tax, Group Internal Audit, Product Supply, and IT. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have: Bachelor’s degree and preferably a master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar and have over 5 years of experience working with optimization of financial processes Experience working for a major audit firm or financial function of a large international company, with project management skills on company-wide projects Passion for working with SAP Finance and Controlling to improve finance processes Ability to lead projects, collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, establish trust with key partners, coach and develop others, and strong communication skills Experience with S/4HANA is an advantage You are curious, with a trustworthy and engaging personality and can work independently, juggling a few projects and to collaborate effectively with project teams and other key stakeholders. You are strong at proactive thinking and planning. Your ability to work independently in line with mandate and responsibilities makes you stand out. About the department

The department is part of Corporate Accounting within Finance, Legal & Global Solutions. The team is based in Bagsværd, Denmark, however it has a global reach through projects that impact global finance processes and regular interactions with line of business, IT, and the wider finance organisation.
