By joining our dedicated Operational Planning department, you will be a key player in securing life treating medicine to patients around the world. The position
As our new Supply Chain Partner you will be overall responsible for streamlining the operational planning processes. This includes: Ensuring cross Product Supply planning alignment and identifying potential misalignment Ensuring optimal operational planning structure, including alignment of meeting and meeting participants. Developing and communicating future operational planning state and identify and highlight potential gaps from status quo. Generate presentations. Drive and contribute to internal and cross functional projects. The position is a newly created role, and you will be able to contribute in shaping the role. It is expected that you can work independently and are highly skilled at stakeholder management, as you will be working with stakeholders from several different teams within and outside the department.
Qualifications
We expect you to have more than 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within life science, that is supplemented with: Solid business understanding A sharp eye for details, and a strong analytical mindset Excellent data presentation skills The candidate we are looking for is good at communicating on different organisational levels, can take initiative and be proactive, have no problems with working independently and is excellent at translating complex situations. You have a passion for coming up with innovative solutions and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Lastly, as the Operational Planning department is an international team with a global footprint you must be able to speak and write English fluently. About the department
The Operational Planning department is anchored in Supply Chain Planning & Logistics and is overall responsible for the Sales & Operation execution, BRD Planning, analytics and many initiatives and projects.
