We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the management groups with business insights through Alteryx and Tableau. The task will be varying from:

About the department
You will be part of the Advanced Analytics Department within our Manufacturing Development area. Main responsibilities for the department are supporting and optimizing all parts of the production, using IT, data, automation and LEAN, from the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, all the way through packaging to finished products. We are currently on a journey towards becoming even more data driven in this role and miss a person to help us create value from data.

The position
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the management groups with business insights through Alteryx and Tableau. The task will be varying from:
- Supporting senior management with establishing data insights for our stakeholders to being responsible for every step until we can create value from our data, i.e., scoping the problem,
- Stakeholder management
- Setting up the data pipeline and designing the dashboard.
- Illustrate the variety of data in a simple way so that everyone in the organisation can understand clearly what is being illustrated and communicated.
- Support the management team groups with business insights through Alte Alteryx and Tableau
The job will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gain industry experience and build a network with talented professionals in the organisation.
Qualifications
In addition, we like to see that you have:
- An academic education with focus on data management or data analysis
- Interest in working with data from various sources and you have experience in creating value by illustrating data in a simple way
- Experience with creating dashboards with Tableau, however, this is a skill that also can be learned while working in our department
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a keen eye for details and be able to see potential flaws while keeping deadlines.
- You must have a mindset of an entrepreneur.
- A high level of attention to detail and be a self-engaged professional
