The position
As Associate Manager of a team in Moulding Production, you will be responsible for a team of 20 operators or technicians working on shifts to help keeping the production of plastic components running 24 hours 7 days a week. The goal is to achieve the highest level of efficiency while complying with all applicable manufacturing procedures.
As Associate Manager you lead by example, set the direction, and ensure a highly engaging and motivating environment for your team. You are responsible for your team’s performance by ensuring timely deliveries, robust processes, and the right quality.
You will create a culture ready to ensure ongoing optimisations by being a highly visible manager who provides sparring and coaching to your employees. A high amount of focus will be placed on Lean methodologies such as systematic problem solving and standardisation
In Moulding Production, you will become part of a highly engaged management team consisting of 7 Associate Managers. As part of the management team, you will be able to impact the strategic direction of the department and help forming the future. Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:
Experience from the pharmaceutical industry together with GxP and production knowledge is a plus.
Your quality mind-set and business sense are well developed, you have a systematic approach to problems, you are a team player, and you have strong stakeholder management skills.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and in an uncomplicated manner at all levels in the organisation. You know how to listen, show respect, and evaluate problems in a concrete manner that creates solutions. You show engagement and authenticity while working in a production atmosphere with bold targets, a high work pace and many daily decisions. You can handle a lot of activities simultaneously
About the department
You will join Moulding Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 140 colleagues, working in 7 teams. We produce plastic components used for manufacturing of our medical devices in Novo Nordisk. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in Diabetes Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals, and we do that in close collaboration with the other departments in DMS.

Qualifications

- Have at least 2 years of management experience preferably within advanced production.
- Hold a degree within Engineering, Science, or other relevant fields.
- Are fluent in Danish and English.
