As Associate Manager in the Warehouse you and your team will have a central role in meeting the increasing demand of Oral treatment of Diabetes around the world. The position
As an Associate Manager for Warehouse Production, you will lead the team of 20-25 dedicated operators.
Your main tasks will be to:
There will be a close cooperation with the Warehouse Support team who owns the processes, compliance, local planning and drives the projects together with the Warehouse Production team. Together with your team, you create a culture that supports high customer service, continuous improvement, collaboration across, creativity and engaged employees. Moreover, you get the opportunity to develop yourself personally and professionally through testing your management skills in a factory with great business significance, high complexity, many changes and a high pace.

OFP is organizationally located in Product Supply (production), which globally employs approx. 14,000 of Novo Nordisk more than 43,000 employees. In OFP, we are steadily growing and at present we are approximately 1250 committed colleagues in Måløv, DK, and we have just established new Packaging capacity in Kalundborg, DK and in Durham, US. We have great ambitions for the future and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to the market and to be ready for the new pipeline of products. We succeeded together and strive to be at the forefront of developments in, among other things technology, systems and processes.
OFP Production consists of approx. 500 dedicated employees in 2 areas; Bulk Tablet Production and Packaging & Warehouse.

The position
As an Associate Manager for Warehouse Production, you will lead the team of 20-25 dedicated operators.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Run the Warehouse daily operation together with the team in close cooperation with the Warehouse Support team and Production (the operation time of the warehouse will soon be on a 24/7 basis)
- Work closely with your team to meet the increasing demand
- Ensure a high level of commitment through sparring, coaching and process confirmation
- Cooperate with stakeholders and create followship and agreements that support both sides to succeed together

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
- Warehouse, Production or Logistic experience.
- Management experience and passion about leadership
- Preferably experience from pharmaceutical production and know how to ensure the operation of the many flows, stakeholders and systems in a Warehouse.
- Fluent in Danish.
