We are looking for a Project Director with the ability to take on overall responsibility of construction/process projects within highly automated manufacturing, including all activities starting with design and ending with final operational and regulatory approval.
You will support capacity expansion project(s) within our finished products areas. Our sites are located in Gentofte, Kirke Værløse, Kalundborg or within region South Denmark. Please expects to commute to one of these sites when working on the project to ensure close collaboration and a smooth process with your stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Drive project(s) and deliver on an expanding and diverse project portfolio.
• Collaborate with different vendors in a science and risk-based validation setup and with product and process specialists from Manufacturing Development as well as the current operation facilities.
• Ensure the job is done as smoothly as possible.
You will be reporting to the Director of the department and have other Project Directors and Senior Project Managers within your team to spare with. Qualifications
You will be a great member of our team because you have:
• Extensive experience and proven track record in facility and equipment projects from a highly regulated manufacturing environment - preferably GMP and validation experience as well as experience in the science and risk-based approach.
• A strong LEAN toolbox and a curiosity for industry 4.0.
• Experience with vendor supervision.
• Great stakeholder management and communication skills and preferably managerial experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Manufacturing Development is a part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) with a team of over 650 colleagues working together to optimize and develop processes across six global production sites. Our field of work broadly covers the area also known as MSAT (Manufacturing, Science, and Technology). We bring value to our patients by driving innovation for the entire BRD, working with Industry 4.0, new technologies, biotechnology, and developing processes for both existing and future products.
