The position
As Senior LEAN Coach, you will be welcomed into BRD with a focus on driving LEAN leadership behaviour across our manufacturing sites. Our facilities are currently on a growth journey and LEAN is and will be one of our most essential tools on that journey to ensure an efficient manufacturing process of medicine for patients living with rare diseases. You contribute to that journey through a structured coaching approach by following our Associate Managers and Senior Managers on shopfloor and providing feedback, teaching, and coaching.
You will be part of a LEAN network across different manufacturing facilities where you will have the opportunity to share knowledge and gain inspiration from others.
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because your experiences include: A relevant academic degree with extensive implementation of LEAN at shop floor which includes driving leadership development through tools such as coaching and feedback methodologies. Driving change management with good stakeholder, and project management skills. Excellent understanding of LEAN tools, e.g. performance management, visual management, systematic problem solving and process confirmations. Experience in executing, developing, and improving LEAN training amongst leaders. Experience from a manufacturing or production environment is highly advantageous but we welcome experience from other industries where you have experience within optimising/ improving/ analysing processes also!
On a personal level, you are passionate about solving challenges by looking at human behaviour and enjoy being at shopfloor an among your key stakeholders. You can work independently and thrive working in a systematic and a structured way that supports keeping track of progress and planning further actions. Your communication skills enable you to coach all types of stakeholders via feedback and reflection sessions. Furthermore, finding new and smarter ways of doing things as well as challenging the current ways of working is something you find enjoyable and motivating.
About the department
Finished Products site Gentofte and Værløse is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse, we are more than 750 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment, assembly, and packaging. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in the latest technology.
