The position We are looking for a skilled academic for a permanent position as the QC Professional to join the team consisting of 1 GMP Coordinator, 7 Academics, 9 Lab Technicians and 1 team leader. The team is responsible for providing support to approximately 30 chemical analytical methods (primarily HPLC), both well-known ones as well as new methods for new drug products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing daily support to the laboratory technicians, who perform and approve the ana-lytical results
Making sure, by a systematic approach, that our methods are as efficient as possible with lowest lead-time
Driving optimizations and collaborating with various stakeholders such as: colleagues in the department performing the analysis, other QC departments, QA and Regulatory Af-fairs
Handling Change Requests, SOP updates, laboratory investigations, and deviations in accordance with GMP requirements
In Novo Nordisk we are on a journey of digitalizing our QC laboratories, by introducing auto-mated processes and connecting laboratory equipment to LIMS, in order to support a paperless future. In the moment the department is working on an automated HPLC sample preparation and on an automated samples storage facility. You are expected to contribute to this journey by being curious on new and innovative solutions and secure successful implementation. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: A MSc Degree such as Scientist, Pharmacist, Chemical Engineer, or similar; fresh gradu-ates are encouraged to apply
Experience as analytical academic using techniques as HPLC; pH microscopy experience is considered an advantage
Experience from GMP regulated environment is considered an advantage
Strong communication skills both in spoken and written Danish and English
On a personal level, you have a positive mindset and can-do attitude. You excel at collaboration but also are capable of working independently. Additionally, technical writing and providing support to others is enjoyable for you, and you thrive in a changing environment.

The Chemical QC department is part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Devel-opment at Novo Nordisk. We consist of almost 60 employees organized into 3 teams, and we are physically located in Bagsværd, Denmark. Our department is responsible for a wide variety of chemical analysis on diabetes finished products, primarily using HPLC. We handle release, ID, stability, validation, and customer complaint samples from our productions worldwide. Our team is dedicated to providing support for approximately 30 chemical analytical methods, both well-known ones and new methods for new drug products.
