We are looking for a Training Professional to join our team and support the development and implementation of training programs in our Biotech & Rare Disease production units. The position As a Training Professional, you will work closely with various stakeholders and target groups to ensure optimal training and act as an anchor for standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing our training setup. You will provide analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions that meet training needs and address business problems while ensuring compliance with training requirements. Your focus will be on keeping learning solutions simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users. In this role, you will support department management in ensuring effective and efficient training within our production areas, with responsibility for the training setup in your assigned department. You will also be the go-to person for training-related questions in your department. The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Collaborating with Training Project Managers to identify training needs and performing job-breakdowns on the shop floor with operators to design appropriate training levels.
  • Developing effective onboarding plans for new employees with a focus on reducing time to skill.
  • Maintaining and updating the existing training structure in the department, including coaching local trainers.
  • Acting as a strategic sparring partner for the management group and proactively taking initiative to address business needs related to training.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the organization, utilizing a data-driven approach to assess challenges and evaluate impact. You will use the Novo Nordisk training toolbox to develop effective content and workflows that enhance human performance and increase right-first-time outcomes.
  • Qualifications The most important qualification is your passion and drive for developing efficient training that enhances competences and human performance. We expect from our Training Professionals to have:
  • Relevant master’s degree within adult learning, organizational development, psychology or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of experience like; designing and implementing training and onboarding and in-depth knowledge of different training and learning principals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate on all levels of the organization.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to visualize content in an appropriate way.
  • Experience from a GMP regulated industry is an advantage.
  • The candidate must be fully proficient in both English and Danish.
  • On a personal level you have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach, and we expect that you are eager to learn. About the department You will be joining a small department of 20 employees responsible for all training and onboarding activities in our Biotech & Rare Disease production units in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse. As a part of our newly established central training team, you will work alongside 10 other training professionals and supporters. Our department is a part of the local production site business support function, which also includes teams responsible for investment projects and validation, project portfolio management, LEAN, Business Intelligence, and Warehouse Operations.
