The position
As Organisational Change Partner you will play a key role in supporting our portfolio of expansion projects with change managementand communications. You will team up with leaders and teams designing and delivering our future, digital expansions. You will become a member of our OCM community anchored in the IT & Automation PMO, where we support all our tracks with effective stakeholder engagement and execution.
Key responsibilities:
•Drive effective & innovative stakeholder engagement through change management tools and communications.
•Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and tactics that support the portfolio and objectives of the programme
•Collaborate closely with IT & Automation leads and colleagues in digital expansion teams across geographies to support change readiness
•Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and to our OCM toolbox.
•Develop and deliver training & adoption initiatives to support operational readiness
This is an exciting opportunity to expand & apply your OCM toolbox and contribute to future-proof and digital facilities. You will help our subject matter experts and project managers ensure that we stay on track with implementation plans and organisational readiness. Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
•Master's degree in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioural Change, Communications or another related field
•At least 2 years’ experience in OCM with a proven track record driving change projects or programmes, delivering communications and training to support change initiatives
•In-depth understanding of organisational change management processes, methodologies and tools
•Excellence in written and oral English
•Experience working in an Agile or programme management setup is a plus
•Experience from Life Sciences is also an advantage, but not a must As a person, you are proactive and curious with a passion for organisational change management, communications and digitalisation. You are good at navigating a broad stakeholder landscape and presenting complex matters simply and clearly. You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You are comfortable with advising subject matter experts and leaders on change management practices, and you have a strong drive to create impact andoutstanding deliverables.
