About the department
DMS Moulding and Quality Support is located in Hillerød and we are responsible for technical support regarding moulds, decoration and robot lines, along with purchasing of new moulds and decoration lines internally and externally.
Quality Support is the team responsible for the communication and handling of complaints from suppliers, assembly sites and end-customers caused by DMS both internally and externally.
We facilitate root cause investigations, and we drive the continuous development of systematic problem-solving skills across our network. We are an international team that share an informal tone and we enjoy learning from each other.
The job
Your main task will be to handle complaints related to medical devices. In this context, you are expected to play a key role in:

Qualifications
You possess a technical background within engineering and/or natural/pharmaceutical sciences and you have experience with the production environment. You are used to working in compliance with quality and GMP requirements and you demonstrate a LEAN mindset. Project management skills are a plus.
You are systematic, independent, curious, transparent, goal-oriented and you organise your time and tasks to keep your deadlines. You try to solve issues on your own and you do not hesitate to ask for support when that is required to secure success in your deliveries.
To communicate professionally in English is not an issue for you.

The job

- Supporting our customers on the registration and clarification of claims related to components in the devices.
- Driving / facilitating root cause investigations together with process experts, Quality Assurance and manufacturing sites located in Europe, China, USA, and Brazil.
- Pursuing robust countermeasures with positive impact in product quality, patient safety, compliance, and process efficiency.
