Then this might be the position for you! We are looking for a new Senior IT Project Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO) in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) based in Hillerød. Read on to find out more!
The position We welcome a candidate with significant experience and knowledge within IT project management in a production context with high level of automation. You will be responsible for one of the most complex IT projects in IFP Hillerød called novoMCS, where the goal is to replace the existing Material Control system (MCS) with an updated and supported SAP EWM based platform. IFP Hillerød is a frontrunner within technology and the Novo Nordisk production site with the highest level of automation in the warehouse and material handling processes. The current MCS is the backbone of the site and the novoMCS project is therefore one of the most critical and strategic important project of the site. The position will entail: Being Senior Project manager for a large project organisation and a 50+ MDKK project budget with GO-live in end 2024. Being in close dialogue with line of business and all levels of management on the production site and corporate. Utilise project management tools professionally and follow-up on deliverables and evaluate project risk. Contribute to developing the project team and create engagement among all stakeholders.
Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: A bachelor’s degree or higher academic education within engineering, business, pharmaceutical or similar. 5-10 years of working experience including experience as Leader and/or extensive experience as IT Project Manager and/ or implementing automated IT processes. Project Management experience is mandatory. Good communication skills with experience of working cross-functionally and building relations with stakeholders at all organisational levels. Fluent, spoken and written, in English. Danish will be considered highly beneficial but not a requirement.
On a personal level, you are pro-active, curious, and great at handling stakeholders. You have a structured approach to your work, and you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind.
About the department PMO is part of Production Support at our site IFP HI, a production site which is part of our global production division; Product Supply – counting close to 14.000 employees worldwide. Production Support consists of 80+ highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds with a common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within IFP HI. The site relies on a brand-new Aseptic Production as well as Assembly and Packaging lines, Material handling and Warehouses. Here we produce Diabetes and Obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide. The PMO department consists of three Associate managers each with a team of highly skilled Project managers or other project related employees including Project portfolio managers and Shutdown managers.
The PMO department is responsible for: Project Execution in production as well as support areas Project portfolio management incl. budgeting, reporting, and controlling Shutdown management Maintaining and developing the Project Execution model incl. standards, processes, and competences Project validation strategies
