The position
As IT System Responsible, your role is to ensure the efficient and stable operation of one or more IT systems and associated infrastructure that support our production area. You communicate and collaborate closely with diverse colleagues both within the department and our central IT organization to ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk’s requirements and health authorities’ regulations. Some of your tasks encompass: Maintaining system documentation in Service Now and troubleshooting on the IT systems and infrastructure, including virtual environment and network Managing IT security, implementing system hotfixes, patches, and anti-malware measures Overseeing continuity management, including monitoring backups and recovery processes, as well as handling life cycle management tasks such as system upgrades and hardware upgrades Managing systems and infrastructure, including Windows servers, databases, network, and configuration and performance monitoring Ensure testing according to requirements and perform annual user reviews Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you: Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, electronic engineering, or a related discipline Possess hands-on experience in IT System Management Bring expertise in IT and/or automation and server and infrastructure operations such as patching, performance monitoring, and network knowledge Show proficiency in both spoken and written English It is considered an advantage if you are familiar with technologies such as SCADA systems or LMES/PAS=X system We operate under General Manufacturing Principals and require you to embrace a proactive and systematic approach. DMS is responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk, both internal and external production via our Contract Manufacturing Organizations. With approximately 700 employees, we are dedicated to ensuring the supply to Novo Nordisk. It’s a tight-knit, caring community, working unitedly to contribute to a better tomorrow for our patients. Ethics and quality are held in the highest regard, and a patient-focused mindset guides everything we do. In DMS IT, we are a diverse team composed of 14 professionals overseeing areas including IT infrastructure, system management, IT security, and digitalization which includes BI & Analytics and AI/ML solutions.
