The position As an Associate Manager, you will oversee one of our assembly operator teams, comprising around 25 dedicated employees responsible for assembling pen needles. In this role, you'll lead by example, set the direction, and maintain a visible presence on the shop floor. Additionally, you'll be an integral part of the Assembly department's management team, collaborating closely with colleagues to prioritize tasks effectively. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should: - Have at least 1-2 years of leadership experience - Be confident in engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels - Have on-hands production experience combined with leadership or you have a technical degree - Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills - Be fluent in English and Danish We operate in a dynamic and challenging environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to prioritize and uphold quality and regulatory standards, even when solutions aren't obvious. About the department You'll be part of the Assembly department, which comprises just over 100 individuals. While you'll enjoy a considerable degree of independence in your work, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organization. Your team, consisting of approximately 25 employees, is responsible for manning and operating one of our assembly lines. The team operates within Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing, which oversees Novo Nordisk's global end-to-end supply chain for pen needles, encompassing both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development.
