The position As a Financial Partner in ‘Fill & Finish’, you will drive financial reporting, budget cycles, and governance reporting of Fill & Finish’s investment (CAPEX) portfolio. The main tasks will be to: • Drive financial reporting and analysis of Fill & Finish’s CAPEX portfolio.
• Support month-end closing and financial closing activities.
• Ensure that Fill & Finish’s investment (CAPEX) portfolio complies with internal investment governance frameworks.
• Oversee and report of ‘local’ Fill & Finish’s investment projects, update and maintain data in internal investment systems/IT-platforms.
• Drive standardization and coherence agenda across the project organizations, continuously improve the reporting environment and recurring financial processes within Fill & Finish. Qualifications To be successful in this role you should have: • A master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in a finance controlling and partnering setting e.g. Headquarter finance function, Accounting or similar.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. On a personal level, you are thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You have strong communication skills, are adaptable to changes and apply analytical and logical thinking for problem solving. Having a strong focus on business partnering, while valuing creation for our stakeholders and great team player spirit are key to succeed in this role. About the department Fill & Finish is a newly established division within Novo Nordisk and oversees the largest investment portfolio within Novo Nordisk. The multi-billion portfolio is being governed via the central ‘Programme Office’, in which the finance department is anchored. Programme Office is an international and high-performing organisation, consisting of around 60 people from approx. 10 countries. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting to Fill & Finish management and other key stakeholders including Corporate functions.
