The position
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be working on a project which has high strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and will have high visibility and support from Senior Management. The job requires a high level of stakeholder management at all organisational levels in the company. Together with engineering partners and suppliers you will:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive colleague, who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills & experiences:
It would be an advantage if you had e xperience from a large global company, working with different cultures b ut y ou could also come from a smaller company, as long as you have experience with bigger projects.

The position
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be working on a project which has high strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and will have high visibility and support from Senior Management. The job requires a high level of stakeholder management at all organisational levels in the company. Together with engineering partners and suppliers you will:
- design and build huge facilities for new factories
- be a project leader and guide a team that will supervise design and construction, acting as the owner and client in the construction projects
- manage scope, plan, costs and project risks and secure excellent stakeholder engagement.
You will secure leadership, direction, guidance and coaching to the broader project team.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and proactive colleague, who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills & experiences:
- Relevant project management experience with at least one big construction project (e.g., related to building hospitals, factories, or complex infrastructure).
- At least a bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field would be desired, but we are also open to candidates with long experience and no degree.
- English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Solid understanding of project management systems relevant for construction projects.
- Experience with managing contracts and a complex vendor setup would be an advantage.
