The position
As a Senior Regulatory Professional, you will drive activities that enable us to manage and handle regulatory activities across the product portfolio, with a primary focus on securing a smooth and effective integration of new acquisitions into our Submission & Registration process in Vault RIM. Your main role will be to plan, drive and facilitate processes and projects to enable Regulatory Affairs (RA) to work with new products in Vault RIM.

The position
As a Senior Regulatory Professional, you will drive activities that enable us to manage and handle regulatory activities across the product portfolio, with a primary focus on securing a smooth and effective integration of new acquisitions into our Submission & Registration process in Vault RIM. Your main role will be to plan, drive and facilitate processes and projects to enable Regulatory Affairs (RA) to work with new products in Vault RIM.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Drive and implement integration of new products in our internal submission and registration process in Vault RIM, in close collaboration with stakeholders across Research & Development and the Data, Digital & IT organisation
- Drive and implement continuous improvements to our submission and registration processes in Vault RIM
- Manage and coordinate specific projects within the responsibility of the area
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
- A M.Sc. in a relevant field, such as science, pharmacy, or equivalent is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory affairs. A strong cross-value chain business understanding, good stakeholder management capabilities and communication skills
- Project Management background and experience
- Experience working with Vault RIM Submission and Registration is required
- Experience with agile Project Management and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an advantage
- High proficiency in English
