To be our new IT Privacy Manager, we are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of the requirements:
You enjoy interacting with different stakeholders spanning from management to IT professionals and privacy specialists and you are an expert in seeking pragmatic solutions ensuring compliance. You can structure and simplify complex matters, alongside managing a high degree of flexibility and independency together with your personal drive.
You are a strong communicator, who pays attention to details without losing track of the bigger picture. You are fluent in spoken and written English.

What you will be doing
- Be responsible for mapping IT privacy risks and facilitating solutions for how to address those.
- Will develop and deliver training and communication to colleagues across the organisation as well as collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the Data Privacy Office, Development, Digital, Data & IT, and Novo Nordisk as a whole.
- Will be joining relevant networks within privacy protection in Development and Global IT and using your experience and skills to support and advice other parts of the area, when relevant.
- Continuously work to integrate data privacy requirements in our quality management system.

What we are looking for
To be our new IT Privacy Manager, we are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of the requirements:
- You have a bachelors or master's degree within a relevant field
- At least 5 years’ experience within IT compliance and/or system management.
- Experience with data privacy requirements applied to IT is a prerequisite.
You enjoy interacting with different stakeholders spanning from management to IT professionals and privacy specialists and you are an expert in seeking pragmatic solutions ensuring compliance. You can structure and simplify complex matters, alongside managing a high degree of flexibility and independency together with your personal drive.
