You will be part of Development IT, a part of Global Digital, Data & IT. Your main working location will be in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 120 people in Denmark and 50 in India, responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of Development IT’s digital solutions. You will be part of an agile, inspiring and ambitious work environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key.

Let's talk about the role
This is a job for those who are excited to work with technologies, validation, testing and quality control in agile IT projects.
Your key tasks include:
- Participation in large scale IT projects in Development as the validation expert and the execution of validation and quality control activities.
- Taking responsibility for all validation activities for the project(s) e.g. planning, documentation, coordination and reporting and you are quality-minded with good ability to execute within deadlines.
- Helping develop and optimize our approach to validation and quality control work, ensuring we test and validate the right things at the right level, supporting a risk-based approach to testing.
- You drive and execute the project’s test automation and take the lead on increasing our level of test automation.
What we are looking for
To be our new Validation Lead, we are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of following:
- You have completed a Master’s degree within Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development or other related fields.
- Alternatively, you have proven and extensive experience within IT Validation from the pharma industry or other regulated industries.
- You are experienced in working with large scale projects and validation, preferably working in an agile manner.
- Experience with test automation and tooling will be a clear advantage.
