The position as Senior Business Analyst is anchored in our Development Digital, Data & IT area, and you will join a team of 25+ skilled colleagues supporting the Digital, Data & IT activities for Development.
Your initial responsibilities:
What skills are we looking for
As a person you are self-driven, structured and detail-oriented without losing the overview. You are a true team player, and you have a natural ability to facilitate collaboration and communication across a broad range of people and skill types in an international organisation. Experience with Agile delivery models and DevOps proficiency e.g., as part of Scaled Agile setup as well as ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

We are a dedicated team of around 110 people in Denmark and 80 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of Development IT’s projects and applications. Let's talk about the role
The position as Senior Business Analyst is anchored in our Development Digital, Data & IT area, and you will join a team of 25+ skilled colleagues supporting the Digital, Data & IT activities for Development.
Your initial responsibilities:
- Mature and improve the change and release management process for the key solution including supporting the execution of the releases along with the DevOps teams involved
- Ensure a co-owned and well-functioning ability to conduct frequent releases across the ART
- Expand the scope of the change and release management process to cover the entire ART as relevant
- Strong collaboration with other ARTs sharing same system platform within the Clinical area to support and align an optimal use of shared solutions.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders relevant for the release management process
What skills are we looking for
- You hold a M.Sc. in IT or other related fields
- Strong documentation skills – you can document process updates at both high level and detailed level
- Experience with validation of IT solutions in a regulated environment (e.g., from Pharma)
- Experience with process design and process optimisation in a regulated and agile environment - preferably focused on Change and Release management
- Experience with co-creation and shared ownership
