The position

As Supply Chain Engineer you will be part of a team that supports the production and one of your main responsibilities will be to take care of our long-term planning and to place orders of everything else than raw materials.

Your focus areas will be:

  • Secure that the planning is consistent with our targets for output and to control the production flow and production capacity
  • Monitoring prioritising needs from production, placing purchase orders and coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders to secure the availability of materials
  • Controlling of incoming invoices
  • Contact person to logistic, finance, production site and suppliers
  • Maintain Masterdata in SAP
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for consumption of raw materials

Qualifications
We are looking for a new colleague who have following qualifications:

  • You have a M.Sc./B.Sc within Finance, Supply chain or another relevant discipline and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, and a high level of Danish and English language is a must
  • A good team player, and ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility
  • Very good experience with Excel is a must

We are using SAP and experience with this will be an advantage as well as GMP knowledge.

The Department

We are 150 highly engaged people at our NovoSeven production site in Kalundborg, where we make the active ingredient for NovoSeven around the clock, all year round. Our production site is a brand-new factory, and we are entering an exciting phase, where we are moving from a project phase to a more operational phase, so we have many interesting challenges as to making sure we continuously have a stabile operation.
