Does your expertise cover the Warehouse Management Systemsin a GxP regulated industry? We are now looking for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Systems Engineer for our international IT and Automation team! The Position As a EWM Systems Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of EWM on our large scale Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) project. You will work closely with our global organization, Digital Data and Information Technology (DD&IT), as a link between them and our local site. In operations, after the project, you will own the direct maintenance and support of the EWM integration, so it is vital that it is able to seamlessly work with other systems within our architecture, such as Fleet Management, other SAP Modules, Manufacturing Execution systems, etc. You will be responsible for; Working with stakeholders to identify risks, defining requirements, and ensuring alignment of interfaces that interact with EWM across the project. Supporting the delivery of EWM solutions that is in alignment with all of Novo Nordisk API manufacturing. Having a high focus on working with stakeholders, our external partners, and other automation organizations across API. Continued 24x7 support going from the project phase into operations. Your main location will be in Kalundborg, in close proximity of the manufacturing sites. As a lot of our collaboration partners work around Copenhagen, it is occasionally expected that you will also travel to work in those locations. The project is of great strategic importance to Novo Nordisk, which has high visibility and support from Senior Management. At the same time, you will have a foot inside Novo Nordisk’s IT organization which supports all major expansion projects as well as operations. Qualifications To succeed in the role, you: Hold an M.Sc. or B.Sc. within IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or have other relevant experience Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in manufacturing logistics systems Have experience working with EWM or other Warehouse Management Systems Are able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English Additionally, you possess knowledge of manufacturing processes and requirements as well as experience within the Pharma industry or other highly regulated industry (GMP) is preferred.
