The Position This project holds strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and enjoys high visibility and support from Senior Management. As a crucial part of the IT and Automation team, your role will involve stakeholder collaboration to define and support the creation, qualification, validation, and security of our IT automation infrastructure. You will be also responsible for maintaining the infrastructure post-completion of our large-scale project and commencement of facility operations. Supporting the design, construction, deployment, and management of our IT Infrastructure will be a part of the role as well. Your main responsibilities would be to: Support the definition of risks, requirements, and specifications and work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure that the IT infrastructure will meet our operational needs. Review, approve, and update infrastructure design documents. Support and maintain Firewalls, LAN, WAN, physical and virtual servers, switches, thin clients, and other infrastructure equipment Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents in ServiceNow. Review and monitor infrastructure health to ensure stability. After the project, throughout start-up and operations in supporting the IT automation systems through on-call support. Qualifications In order to succeed in the role, you have: M.Sc. or B.Sc. within IT or Engineering 2-5+ years of experience within IT and/or Industrial Automation; either from operations and maintenance, or from project participation. Experience working with industrial IT hardware and systems in large scale manufacturing or data center environments throughout the life cycle. Experience with Infrastructure and IT Incidents support Fluent communication in spoken and written English. Experience within the Pharma industry or other highly regulated industry (GMP) is preferred. As a person, you are energized by taking responsibility for industrial IT Infrastructure to support manufacturing operations. You are structured in your way of working and open to share information with your colleagues, work together as a team, and drive for joint results. You have strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and can translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities. You thrive in a multicultural environment.
