Do you want to join us as student assistant at DTU SKYLAB as our back-bone in running funding and mentor programs?
Our current student assistant is leaving us to end her studies, and therefore we are looking for a new student assistant to support our research-based innovation team in DTU Skylab.
You will assist us in working with research-based startups and attend to the following tasks:

We are looking for a student who is a self-starter, structured, service-minded and knows how to communicate with a professional audience. But above all we’re looking for a team player with flexibility and an open-minded attitude to take care of a broad range of work tasks.
You are proficient in MS Office (especially excel), and perhaps you have some experience in working with CRM systems and survey tools. Some proficiency in Danish is a requirement.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).
Working hours are on average 12 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is 1 March or April 2024 (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.
You will be employed at DTU Skylab, and the workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark.

You will assist us in working with research-based startups and attend to the following tasks:
- Responsible for back-office of activities in our mentor program for startups (administration of mentor run activities, set up meetings, monthly reporting, registrations in our database, etc.)
- Responsible for back-office support on processes and documentation regarding our funding programs.
- Documentation in our CRM system
- Plan, prepare, and support DTU Skylab workshops & events (including some practical tasks)
- Support regarding data collection and analysis.
