Then you are the new Project Manager we are looking for!
The position
As our new Project Manager in Team Innovation, you have the unique opportunity to play a major role to initiate and accelerate innovation projects within e.g., automation and digitalization to replace the current manual processes within QC. Our area is expanding rapidly which requires finding solutions (many automated) to meet the increased capacity demand. New laboratories are also being established to alleviate the current capacity constraints. Ultimately, the project portfolio includes implementing solutions that allow processes to be performed smarter, more efficient, and precise to support the rapid growth in OFP. Solutions can range from simple, off-the-shelf standards, to industry-first, advanced and revolutionary technologies.
You will play a key role to ensure that projects align with the overall strategic direction. Close collaboration within our own area, other QC areas in the organisation, production sites, IT, and other relevant stakeholders across Novo Nordisk will contribute to maintaining the strategic scope. Your main task will be to ensure successful development, prioritisation, execution, and benefit realisation of projects. It is expected that you, together with your colleagues, will drive and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that eliminate identified business challenges.

Oral Finished Product (OFP) is organizationally within an area known as Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14.000 of the more than 43.000 total employees within Novo Nordisk. OFP, located in Måløv consist of approx. 1100 colleagues and growing steadily. We have great ambitions for the future and are working hard to ensure our new product successfully distributed to the market.
Team Innovation part of OFP QC, is a newly established team. This provides you with the opportunity to help establish the best possible setup of our framework, methods, and day-to-day operations. The team currently consists of 7 dedicated colleagues and is expected to increase to 14 in 2023.

- Develop great stakeholder relations within OFP and across Novo Nordisk
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant academic degree
- A strong project management toolbox to enable a structured approach
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills, when it comes to creating and facilitating workshops as well as keeping your stakeholders motivated, engaged, and informed
- Full professional proficiency in English
To succeed in this role, it will be great if you have:
- Experience with identifying business challenges, innovation opportunities, and possibilities for resolving such issues
- Experience with automation and digitalization projects is an advantage
- A strong Lean-methodology toolbox, combined with a natural passion for doing things smarter and better
