The position

As Management Support Team lead you will lead and become a part of a global team that provides excellent administrative support to the R&ED leadership team as well as the R&ED Executive Office. You will be working with highly engaged colleagues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all levels.

You will be team lead for a relatively small team, so it is also expected that you are an individual contributor to the team. So, your job will also consist of a broad spectrum of administrative tasks. Daily tasks include support with meeting planning and budgeting, as well as providing support on cross-functional initiatives in the area. In addition to these administrative tasks, as team lead you are responsible to coach and develop the team members.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate, for this position:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience from a similar role within leadership administration
  • Are a positive team player, flexible, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of integrity
  • Proactively seek opportunities to help others, and you are committed to making your colleagues successful
  • Contribute actively to the positive workplace culture and build strong networks
  • Are an IT savvy, strong in financial controlling and budgeting, as well as in driving administrative processes, calendar- and meeting coordination
  • Can communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English at business level

On a personal level, you are curious, well organised, and a proactive problem solver. You are reliable, loyal and have a smiling personality. You are service-minded but as a Team Lead it is important, that you have the ability to prioritize the tasks within the team and are able to say no.
