Our department, Oral Finished Products (OFP) Bulk Production, is growing and we are now hiring a technical writer who will join our exciting journey – offering an oral alternative to type 2 diabetes patients all over the world. The position
As a process supporter/technical writer you will ensure that our standards are aligned across processes and coordinate maintenance of procedures. Your primary tasks will include:
As an expert on our standards, you will play a key role in our efforts to continuously improve our processes and you will experience your work having a direct impact on the way we work. As you mature in the position you will become an active sparring partner for the support teams.
Overall, you identify and establish improvement opportunities in project execution, thereby deliver successful results of development and deployment of standards.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role we expect you to have:
As a person you are focused on details and have a drive for improvements. You can transform complexity to simplicity. You work in a structured and systematic way and deliver results in accordance with agreed plans, deliverables, and scope. You have excellent writing skills and can work individually as well as in close collaboration with stakeholders. LEAN is a central part of our daily life, and we expect that you are passionate about process improvement and simplification. It will be an advantage if you have experience in process mapping and development of SOPs in the pharmaceutical industry.

Oral Finished Products (OFP) is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14,000 of Novo Nordisk more than 43,000 employees. In OFP, we are steadily growing and at present we are approximately 1100 committed colleagues in Måløv. The position
As a process supporter/technical writer you will ensure that our standards are aligned across processes and coordinate maintenance of procedures. Your primary tasks will include:
- Optimize and simplify current standards (SOPs and JIs),
- Ensure that our production standards are correctly described in a clear and easy to read language,
- Coordinate maintenance of SOP/ JI,
- Production support.
As an expert on our standards, you will play a key role in our efforts to continuously improve our processes and you will experience your work having a direct impact on the way we work. As you mature in the position you will become an active sparring partner for the support teams.

Qualifications

- An academic degree in engineering, pharmacy, business, or related technical field,
- Excellent writing skills in English,
- Can-do mindset.
