Let's talk about the role This is a job for those who are excited to work with technologies, validation, testing and quality control in agile IT projects. Your key tasks include:
  • Participating in IT projects in the regulated part of Research and Early Development in Novo Nordisk as the validation expert and the execution of validation and quality control activities
  • Taking responsibility for all validation activities for the project(s) e.g. planning, documentation, coordination and reporting and you are quality-minded with good ability to execute within deadlines
  • Helping to develop and optimize our approach to validation and quality control work, ensuring we test and validate the right things at the right level, supporting a risk-based approach to testing
  • Driving and executing the project’s test automation and take the lead on increasing our level of test automation
  • In some cases also be responsible for building and maintaining a test strategy, ensuring a uniform Testing, manage test cases, test suites, and test runs, and track test results and defects.
  • What we`re looking for? To be our new Validation and Compliance Partner, we are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of following:
  • You have completed a master’s degree within Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development or other related fields
  • Alternatively, you have a proven and extensive experience within IT Validation from the pharma industry or other regulated industries
  • You are skilled in working with large scale projects and validation, preferably working in an agile manner
  • If you are familiar with test automation and tooling it is a clear advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • The department waiting for you We are a dedicated team of 17 people anchored in Research and Early Development IT (DD&IT-RED). We are responsible for developing, implementing, validating, and operating more than 40 regulated and non-regulated IT systems that are used within the non-clinical and clinical early development area of Novo Nordisk and we are now expanding.
