Our common goal is to deliver our products to patients in a timely manner. As our Senior IT System Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the operation and maintenance of IT systems, identifying new internal and external requirements Coordinating activities with QC and other stakeholders Following up on vendors and managing service level agreements You will also maintain documentation on the state of the equipment, which includes creating IT Risk Assessments, performing IT Qualifications, as well as User Review Reports, Configuration Reviews, IT Periodic System Evaluation, Deviation Handling, Change Request handling, lifecycle management handling, and more. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should: Hold a degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science, IT, or other relevant fields Demonstrate practical experience in a comparable role, ideally within a regulated environment Possess a keen interest in gaining knowledge within IT and a systematic and scientific approach to your work Display fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish It would be considered as a strong advantage if you have some experience in the pharmaceutical sector. On a personal level, you have a flair for technologies and thrive in an environment where priorities often change. You are structured and never compromise on the quality of your work and the documentation involved within your scope. You are a team player who enjoys a lot of social interaction, adeptly collaborating with other department and interacting with stakeholders. About the department
You will be part of the IT System Management team, where we drive the digitalization strategy for Oral Development & Finished products. The team’s main tasks are to initiate, drive, and participate in various IT related tasks to ensure our production, compliance, and future quality and regulatory requirements. Our team has a great atmosphere and team spirit.
