The position As the new Sr. Health & Safety (HS) Supporter in our S&OE office DK, you will play an important role in promoting a safe and compliant work-environment. Joining a newly established team, you will assist in implementing HS processes across our DPP&ET organisation globally in collaboration with your SVP HS Partner and a HS organization. Your responsibilities include: Providing support and guidance on HS matters within our DPP&ET production, office, lab and projects.
Assisting in developing, deployment and implementation of streamlined and standardized HS processes and procedure for ISO 45001 and legislation compliance
Assisting SVP HS Partner, HS Representatives and HS leaders in driving HS Processes, meetings and training
Maintaining HS training material and transitioning it towards a visual training concept.
Conduct trends analyses, performance monitoring, follow up and communication/updates performance overview
Maintain and update internal Health & Safety SharePoint site
Support and conduct consolidated ISO 45001 Management Review Reports
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: An academic degree within Health and Safety or a similar relevant field. At least 5 years of professional experience.
Project Management capabilities with experience in planning, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders and team members.
Proven track record withing the Health & Safety field.
Solid understanding of ISO45001
Fluency in both Danish and English communication.

About the department The purpose of Emerging Technologies (ET) is to ensure readiness for emerging platforms to receive and mature emerging technology platforms coming from our internal pipeline through CMC Development as well as from external acquisitions of projects such as Etavopivat, Forma Therapeutics. Emerging Technologies is built on the learnings, experience and mindset gained from the oral journey, where we have succeeded with the impossible – making a protein-based tablet. This has only been possible due to the strong pioneer spirit and close collaboration across, and these elements will be key to succeed with the new expanded scope. We are establishing a new team "Sustainability & Operational Excellence" with a focus on directing and executing our strategy within Circular for Zero, Health& Safety, and training within DPP&ET.
