Become a part of our Lean team in our Supply Chain

As Lean Specialist, you will have a central role in spreading Kamstrup's Lean production system. You will be part of a team of 4 employees, where you will refer directly to our Head of Lean. The team have a professional Lean approach to challenges and an informal tone. We place great emphasis on professional sparring and feedback. We work with a broad variety of continuous improvement activities and the Lean culture in Kamstrup. You should expect a broad interface across the organization through collaboration with experienced colleagues within several aspects of the Supply Chain organization.
A position focusing on the spread of the Lean production system
You will have a central role in the spread of Lean production in an international company. In collaboration with your colleagues, you will support the organization in breaking down strategy into concrete action plans, and facilitate follow-up meetings with a focus on progress and deviation management. You must also coach our leader in Shop Floor Management, structured problem solving and train their behavior in visual management systems.
You will be responsible for major strategic projects, which aim to hit the organization broadly and ensure improvements.
More specifically, your primary work tasks will be:
• A catalyst for identifying greater potentials in Supply Chain processes
• Conduct workshops for various stakeholders in the Supply Chain with a focus on Lean tools
• Development of managers on Shop Floor Management skills, through a strong Lean coaching approach
• Structured process confirmation
• Navigate the stakeholder group in change management, and even have a strong profile to withstand the forces that occurs in a change process.
Personality matters
You have experience from a similar change agent position in Supply Chain and an educational background as a production engineer, mechanical engineer, in logistics / supply chain or similar. With your commitment and updated theoretical knowledge, you can contribute to the optimization and dissemination of Lean concepts in Kamstrup.
As a person, you are outgoing and good at communicating to different professional groups with a coaching approach. Since you have to convey strategic decision-making processes in a large production in the job, it is important that you possess good communication skills and are able to commit yourself across a broad organization. In addition, you like to take the lead and you approach your work tasks in a structured and analytical way. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude to task management and work solution-oriented.
It is a requirement that you master Danish and English in writing and speaking.
