With direct reference to our Head of Leadership & Development, you will become a part of our HR team consisting of 12 dedicated colleagues with very broad responsibilities who all are eager to create value for the organization. Overall, the team is responsible for developing, implementing and driving results that support the overall business objectives of Kamstrup. Digital learning is high on Kamstrup’s agenda in the coming years; thus we are looking to strengthen our HR team with this newly established position.
A job with focus on driving the digital learning agenda
In the newly established position as Digital Learning Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the digital learning agenda as we continue to grow our business. You will work closely with colleagues on different organizational levels across the entire organization globally to support their needs for offering impactful learning. In addition, you will be responsible for improving the quality and impact of digital learning in order to ensure business value through our learning management system (LMS).
More specifically you will be responsible for:
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious and competent Digital Learning Specialist with drive and a pioneering attitude. There are many entry points into this position, most importantly is that you are passionate about the field between learning, development and business. However, we imagine that you have a relevant degree in Education Science, Business Development, HR, Strategy and Management or similar.
In addition, it is a requirement that you have:
As a person you are dedicated, positive and have a can-do-attitude. You are characterized by being a team player who thrive in creating relationships with various stakeholders and at the same time enjoy delving into details in our LMS. You possess strong communicative skills that enable you to communicate clearly across all levels in the organization. Furthermore, you have an analytical and structured approach which enables you to be quality-conscious.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.

More specifically you will be responsible for:
- Kamstrup Learning Management System (LMS365) ensuring a reliable operation of LMS
- Operation of learning programs for different audiences (eg. onboarding and leadership programs)
- Develop learning programmes with the use of different medias to support learning including e-learnings, videos etc.
- Being the internal expert within digital learning – and stay updated on relevant tools and trends
- Supporting and engaging our internal community of content creators
- Our Power BI report and analytics within learning and development

- Minimum a few years of experience working with learning in a digital context, preferably from a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with different tools for content creation (eg. Sway, Articulate etc.)
- Experience in working with Learning Management Systems
- A proven record of creating learning and development initiatives that facilitate organizational learning and performance
