The position As Associate Project Controller, you focus on overseeing project control activities of our tech transfer projects, working closely with the Senior Project Controller, Senior Project Managers to ensure that project controls are in place. Some of your key tasks include: Managing project work orders and associated invoices Overseeing the monthly closing process, ensuring accruals and invoice payments are handled in a compliant and timely manner Creating and reporting project estimations, budgets, and forecasts in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Sr/Project Managers, Supply Chain, Business Finance Providing assistance with ad hoc tasks to further strengthen the GCM Projects Department
Qualifications To be successful in this role, we believe you: Possess a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Bring a practical experience in corporate finance or project controlling Demonstrate adept stakeholder management and communication skills Display strong digital acumen and familiarity with MS365 tools and SAP Show fluency in both spoken and written English As a person, you show proactivity, a service-minded mindset, and a can-do attitude, flourishing in a dynamic environment. You possess a high degree of organisation, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in fast-paced and highly regulated settings, all while demonstrating enthusiasm for collaborative efforts and a readiness to engage with diverse teams across various areas when needed. About The Department GCM plays a crucial role in Novo Nordisk and our focus is to bring external capabilities to life and provide viable alternatives and/or additions to our internal production. You will join GCM Strategy and Business Development, a dynamic and highly engaged department, where we work to improve the tools and processes that will support how we set up external manufacturing for Novo Nordisk. GCM PMO is a new function that aims to support and guide management, project managers and project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, that are in line with Novo Nordisk’s strategic goals, and you will be part of building the team and defining the way forward.
