You might become our new HR Consultant in Novo Nordisk, Denmark. The Position As our HR Consultant, you will be actively participating in solving some of our most important HR-related inquiries, such as organizational change, creating and maintaining Shift plans and aligning with business requirements, handling end-to-end leave cases, and ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk policies and relevant regulations. Improve the service and benefits for our line of business, with a continued focus on simplifying our tasks as well as quality. The team you will work with handles tasks that are crucial for ensuring compliance with policies, supporting well-being, and contributing to the overall success of the company. The position is full-time with the possibility to also work from home when there is a business need for it. Your main tasks will include: Resolving and ensuring our day-to-day HR inquiries are handled on time. Ensure that we live up to Novo Nordisk rules and regulations as well as the Danish Labour law. Improving and simplifying our HR operation services to more than 24,000 colleagues. Contributing to a great and energizing culture within a fantastic unit We focus continuously on optimizing, simplifying, and standardizing our tasks and processes using LEAN principles. You will play an important part in improvement initiatives and participate in project teams across the organization. Qualifications You must have an analytical and thorough approach to solving HR-related inquiries. Preferably combined with some years of professional experience from a similar function, or an academic background within HR. You need to have a high sense of quality, a strong solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity and a sense of diplomacy. The high degree of customer mindset and professionalism working with customers, peers, and managers with many different backgrounds. To be effective in this role, you might have: And administrative background, relevant education in HR, a relevant Bachelor/Master's (not a must) Excellent Communication skills. Have experience with LEAN in practice , a bility to break down complex processes into actionable items for customers on all levels of the organization You are robust and able to keep calm under pressure, you thrive with operational tasks and short deadlines. Fluency in Danish is a requirement and proficiency in English is a must. About the Department You will be part of AskHR Denmark in GPOS. We consist of 49 highly engaged and professional employees, and we are growing. We function as the one point of entry for approximately 24,000 employees and managers in Denmark, where we guide on HR administrative matters via the “askHR” phone, chat, and case handling system (ServiceNow). Furthermore, we handle a full range of HR administrative tasks related to employees, external consultants, organizational data management, and compensation administration.
