We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive deployments and prepare the definition of the product and deployment roadmap, in the department Digital, Data & IT Product Supply, Production, Operational Technology (DD&IT PS Prod. OT). Key responsibilities
• Serve as a leader for one or more Agile teams, fostering a culture of servant leadership.
• Develop, prioritize, and maintain a product/deployment roadmap and backlog for OT solutions in production processes and ensure it is up to date.
• Identify and prioritize product features and deployments based on business needs and user feedback.
• Support the team in delivering value by facilitating effective testing and validation of solutions and ensuring compliance with GxP regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the product vision and drive its execution with the Agile teem.
• Contribute to team events by being a key member of the Agile team and working proactively with the Scrum Master to ensure that the team events fulfill their purpose.
• Manage system configurations and maintenance activities, working closely with stakeholders to understand key drivers for deliveries and enable ongoing prioritization. In this role, you are responsible for building and prioritizing the product/deployment roadmap. Additionally, you work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure that the team backlog is up to date, incorporating input from the Agile Team, Product Architects, and stakeholders. Furthermore, you collaborate with stakeholders such as Business Owners and Product Managers to establish the product vision and drive its execution with the Agile Team. Our production facilities are located globally, including Denmark, USA, France, Brazil, and more. Hence, you engage with diverse cultures, people, and time zones.
Candidate profile
We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill most of the following requirements for this position: • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and showcase 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role
• Demonstrate expertise in Operational Technology (OT) within the manufacturing sector. Exposure to pharma or other regulated industries is advantageous, though not mandatory
• Engage in collaborative efforts within a global team, navigating diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones seamlessly
• Exhibit proficiency in stakeholder management, facilitation, and Agile methodologies
• Construct and prioritize product roadmaps while effectively managing team backlogs
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective engagement with various stakeholders. Additionally, showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of compliance and GxP regulations On a personal level, you have an inclusive mindset and actively seek understanding and respect for diversity. Moreover, this role provides the opportunity to travel to our global sites, with approximately 5% of the position involving travel. About the department:
In Digital Data & IT, Product Supply, Production, OT, we are on the brink of a transformative journey towards becoming a Center of Excellence (CoE). The team is primarily located in our newly renovated and established DD&IT campus in Ballerup (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark.
Digital, Data & IT Product Supply, Production is anchored within the Digital, Data & IT organisation and has approx. 4.000 employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France, and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support the Novo Nordisk production solution needs worldwide.
