You will play an integral part in the commercial integration of new acquisitions and partnerships into our current Diabetes portfolio. The primary responsibility is to deliver on our ambitious long-term targets, including:
• Secure and lead successful and efficient commercial integration of externally acquired assets and/or partnerships into Novo Nordisk’s existing Diabetes pipeline.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for the assets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on multi-stakeholder projects.
• Responsible for early commercial tasks, including market research and developing the business model
• Key driver of the process, ensuring that the development program is on track and meeting key milestones.
You will be reporting to the Corporate Vice President of MNIAD Projects and External Innovation Integration, who heads up a team of Project Vice Presidents responsible for the commercial strategy development and implementation as well as the life cycle management for key Diabetes products.
Qualifications
You hold significant proven project management experience with senior stakeholder involvement, preferably in both HQ and Operations/affiliate, and have a good commercial understanding as a foundation for your work. You have previous experience in pharma and or MedTech. Key aspects to thrive and succeed: • Extensive experience in product development and commercialization, with a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies for medical technology products
• Proven track record of developing and implementing different business models, with a solid commercial understanding and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and communicate recommendations to decision-makers
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with proficient written and spoken English. As an individual, you possess an innovative mindset and a willingness to experiment to drive progress and innovation. You possess a talent for leading complex and multi-stakeholder projects with a collaborative and inclusive approach, even when faced with differing views and opinions. You have a positive attitude and high energy level and enjoy working with cross-functional teams while taking on informal leadership roles. You are known to have an impact and a can-do attitude. You see opportunities, and you are eager to execute your ideas.
About the department You will join the MNIAD Project and External Innovation Integration area which is part of the Diabetes Franchise within Novo Nordisk’s Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs Organisation. It is an international environment, and you will work with colleagues from headquarter and all over the world.
