Don’t hesitate to submit your application today! The position As a Senior Project Manager, your role involves leading a project team in component manufacturing development. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that each project member understands and meets the project’s requirements - this includes the qualification and validation of new processes and equipment to guarantee compliance with regulations and quality standards, ultimately ensuring patient safety. Your success is determined by the results of your project team. To this purpose you gather your team members around a clear scope and plan, and you ensure that they are excited and committed to deliver accordingly. Some of your main tasks include: Aligning with managers to allocate resources and address performance and collaboration challenges Establishing routines and structures to ensure effective communication and information sharing between project team members Monitoring continuous progress, quality, and cost Identifying and addressing proactively critical path, bottlenecks, and risks Ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations through effective alignment and follow-up In addition, you maintain open communication with your steering group and stakeholders, promptly escalating issues when required. This role encourages extensive collaboration both internally, spanning departments from Strategic Sourcing to Quality Assurance, and externally with our external suppliers. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of project management experience Possess knowledge of either plastics, metal, electronics, or any other materials Exhibit proficiency in leading complex improvement and investment projects across internal and external stakeholders Have a track record of providing input to the overall project strategy Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English It would be considered an advantage if you have prior experience in a regulated environment. About the department You will be joining 50+ dedicated colleagues in the Device Manufacturing Development Department in Hillerød. We develop the equipment and processes that transform great designs into actual products for our patients, bridging the gap between development and production lines. The dosage pen systems that are a big part of the success we enjoy are always under further development. We strive to ensure they meet and exceed the expectations of a growing and demanding market. We design all the equipment necessary to perform all the processes involved in the manufacturing of the dosage system components. Working with experts in the field of manufacturing processes and raw materials for plastic, metal, and electronic components, you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
