The Position You will serve as a Strategic Business Partner for the Corporate Vice President (CVP) in CMC Clinical Supplies & CMC Digitalisation, a part of CMC Development & Scaling. You will be part of setting the strategic direction by supporting the CVP and the area’s management teams on a wide range of business-related matters, both strategic, operational, and financial tasks as well as providing selected day-to-day guidance, analyses, and communication-related tasks. You will be the local anchor in the CVP area for the biannual business plan (Strategy2Action) process and support the strategy deployment. As a Strategic Business Partner, you will: Provide strategic management support and sparring to drive communication and cross-functional and cross-organisational projects and tasks. Use your strong communication skills to turn complex information into clear, compelling, and impactful message. Prepare decision-making materials based on analysis and interpretation of data, e.g., prepare business cases. Facilitate strategic discussions at senior management level, leveraging your stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Take the lead on complex tasks and projects, working independently and delivering results. To suceed in this role, you will handle and deliver on different strategic, operational and tactical tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, you will work closely with different business units with different dynamics and create real impact through active partnerships and business understanding. The position is based in the Copenhagen area with business units inMålev & Søborg. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master’s degree within science, business, finance or other relevant degree. You have a proven track record working with business partnering as well as 4-8 years of work experience preferably within business development, project management or management consultancy. Furthermore, you have: Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate strategic discussions at senior management level. The ability and experience in driving strategic projects, processes, and initiatives in a complex organisational setup. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transform analysis into clear and impactful communication. Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite. As a person, you are ambitious and a deditaced team-player with a genuine interest in understading other's perspectives and interact with stakeholders in a humble and respectful manner, while not being affraid of challeging status quo or the unsaid. You have strong communication skills and can easily interact with colleagues at all levels in the organisation. As a knowledge seeker with a strong drive and passion for empirically driven decisions you take initiative, continually identifying opportunities for improvements and development of the organisation through a structural approach.
