The Position
As the Intralogistics Business Partner, you will be the driving force in facilitating the alignment of processes and development of standards across the intralogistics system in all our expansion production facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring that the solutions are well-documented and implemented with a great business impact. This role includes travelling 4 to 8 weeks in a year. Depending on your experience, some of your main responsibilities could include: Engaging with subject matter experts and international stakeholders, as well as harvest the inherent experiences of the company and combine the input with state-of-the- art warehouse technologies. Defining interphase agreements to ensure seamless handshakes across operational departments, when enabling professional and automated handling of in- and out-bound materials and components Identifying and defining solutions needed for a specific process, together with the global stakeholders, vendors, and work package owners responsible for both the material and IT/OT architecture behind it. Driving use cases to identify improvement initiatives and develop ned load carriers. Supporting and driving strategic development and alignment at senior level across our network.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: High knowledge, experience and understanding within intralogistics solutions and industries. A degree in Engineering, Chemistry, IT, or any other relevant field as well as a previous experience in Project/program management and coordination Knowledge of defining new standards, documentation and/or validation Familiarity with SAP-EWM or similar enterprise software Fluency in English (written and spoken).

You bring a good sense of humour to work, even when the pressure is on, and you thrive in a changing and dynamic environment. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate attention to detail, be structured in your approach to problem-solving, and embrace professional and personal diversity. You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 57,000 employees.
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling-, packaging- and assembly lines across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the production facilities of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a clearly global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
Whilst reporting to the Director within Intralogistics and FP, you will have the opportunity to work alongside 7-8 local colleagues, Novo Nordisk colleagues globally and 4-5 consultants. Our main goal is to develop standards that can be applied everywhere we need to expand our production facilities. This means that we need to design the process very thoroughly to ensure all interfaces are designed in the best possible ways.
