As a Senior Project Manager for Improvement and Compliance Projects, you will be responsible for impactful projects that are global, cross-functional, and deliver results to our worldwide pharmaceutical production sites. You will work closely together with Specialists and Project Managers both within our area and at our production sites across the world.
Your primary tasks will include: Leading high business impact improvement and compliance projects
Increasing capacity and ensuring compliance on our aseptic filling lines
Ensuring that the project team sets the right direction and drives the project according to the plan, budget, and quality in collaboration with Steering Committee
Striving for the highest quality by becoming part of our Project Management excellence journey
Collaboration with stakeholders across the network
As a Senior Project Manager for Improvement and Compliance Projects in our team, you will also be cooperating with colleagues from different cultures, with different areas of expertise and at different organizational levels. You will be working out of Søborg, Denmark and limited number of travels can be expected. Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can inspire and energize their surroundings, establish clear and ambitious goals, and work closely together with project team members and stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is good at building relations, has strong interpersonal skills and can navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: BSc, MSC Degree or equivalent in science, engineering, pharmacy, or another similar field
At least 6 years of experience as the Project Manager within development, production, or other relevant disciplines, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to prioritize and create transparency for your projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Professional proficiency in English
Additionally, you have a high integrity and resilience that enables you to incorporate different views in the decision-making process as well as challenge the existing status quo.

Injectable Finished Products (IFP), Site Support & Improvements (SS&I) is a dynamic department, consisting of 150 employees. The department provides site support and improvement projects of diverse complexity across our global production sites. A high level of product knowledge and process understanding is anchored in the department.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a part of a team within SS&I that consists of 6 Project and Senior Project managers and 1 Project coordinator. We are a high performing project management team that strives towards project excellence. We have a high team spirit and share best practises, learnings and support each other.
