The position As Project Manager, your primary role entails driving projects where training and enhancement of human performance are a fundamental part of the solution. These projects tackle pressing and strategically significant business challenges, and through successful project execution you will support structured and fast competence development, fostering high operational performance. The solutions you develop will not only help the business in delivering quality products to meet the growing demand from our patients, but also enhance the work experience for employees, by making their workday easier and simpler. Your key responsibilities encompass: Understanding the business challenges and identifying training requirements Collaborating with stakeholders to design and develop the necessary content Managing the implementation and embedding best practices in training standards, technologies, and solutions Steering, evaluating, and solidifying the impact of project deliveries, including increased human performance, decreased “time-to-skill”, and elimination of complexity To understand what adds most value for our stakeholders, you will spend a lot of time on the shop floor working with Operators, Technicians, Process Experts, and Leadership.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you: Possess a bachelor or master’s degree, coupled with a keen interest in workplace learning, training and/or learning & development, or (occupational) psychology Showcase strong project management skills and a proven track record of driving successful change management initiatives, preferably within a GMP or other regulated environment Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing competence development programs, along with and in-depth knowledge of various training principles Display fluency in both spoken and written English It would be considered an advantage if you possess experience in managing projects within learning and development and are proficient in Danish. As a person, you have a high level of independence, are motivated, and structured. Your can-do attitude, coupled with a curious and pragmatic approach, makes you’re a driving force in any challenge. Flourishing in an environment with numerous stakeholders, you actively immerse yourself in the dynamics of the line of business, as well as finding fulfilment in being a part of a team where sparring and collaboration is high on the agenda. DMS is a dynamic and constantly evolving production site located in Hillerød. Responsible for manufacturing and sourcing of plastic components and devices for all Novo Nordisk production sites, we are currently employing more than 650 employees and continuously growing. You will be an integral part of our Business Support department, which is responsible for LEAN, Training, Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety, Facility, IT, Digitalization & Automation support. Joining a growing Training and cLEAN team, you connect with a network of skilled training professionals from across the company, where you share knowledge about best practices and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in our area. We offer a thorough onboarding and training in the Novo Nordisk training standards to help you get started.
