Then this is a unique opportunity to join a major investment program in Novo Nordisk as Senior Aseptic Process (AP) Manager. The Position As the AP manager have the overall responsibility of ensuring the global process design for the AP Modules is meeting all programme objectives and standards. It is your task to establish the appropriate coordination between the central Work package owners to ensure a fully functioning AP design is delivered to the receiving sites. Coordination with the local sites AP leads is crucial to ensure each AP module is delivered and ramped up a smooth as possible. Your main tasks include:
  • Responsible for the overall schedule for the centrally delivered process equipment from design through to Site Acceptance Test (SAT)

  • Responsible for management and direction setting for Work Package owners on individual process packages

  • Responsible for direction setting on cross package flow and overall interface management of the GMP processes

  • Ensure application of global standards in AP module designs managing adjustment and modifications as part of the design process

  • Represent the central AP team in AP change management process as representative for all GMP process packages

    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Experience from aseptic processes within pharma or biotech environments

  • Experience managing complex GMP projects with a wide range of internal- and external stakeholders, ideally full cycle from design through approval.

  • Managed the full cycle of design, procurement, build, qualification and validation of GMP process equipment

  • Knowledge with current GMP requirements for aseptic processing based on regulatory requirements

  • Clear goals and purpose for the area and the project team members so that the project secures effective use of time and resources and builds employee motivation.

  • Significant experience in project management or execution experience

The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 25,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology.
